Scottsdale & Lincoln land sale linked to mixed-use project

The Corritore Company is planning a mixed -use development near the intersection of Scottsdale Road and Lincoln Drive that will include a 264-unit “high-end residential rental community and complementary retail shop buildings.”

Plans for the development were included in a report by Valley real estate tracker vizzda.com in a report last week about the sale of the 2.19-acre site next to an aging office building that sits on an adjacent 8 acres

Vizzda said Dallas-based real estate investment company L&B Realty Advisors paid $16.9 million for the smaller parcel as part of $25.55 million deal that included another parcel of land miles away in Phoenix.
