Scottsdale-based Rose Law Group has hired Patrick Hogan who will be working with four different teams, with a focus in real estate transactions, business and corporate transactions, water and renewable energy.
Mr. Hogan, a Phoenix native, left to complete his undergraduate studies in Portland, Oregon. He then moved to Texas where he worked in the oil industry creating title and leasing interests for many large-scale drilling operations, according to a press release.
Graduating cum laude from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 2021, he returned to his home state of Arizona and began practicing law, the release states.
Mr. Hogan served as a writer and editor for Transactions: The Tennessee Journal of Business Law Journal and was a member of the Environmental Law Organization, Law Women Organization, and the Inntechspective Organization, which focused on the intersection of law and technology.
“As a native Phoenician, it’s been a distinct pleasure to watch this city grow and grow over the years,” Mr. Hogan said in the release. “I enjoy helping my clients optimize that growth.”
Jordan Rose, founder and partner at Rose Law Group, says the hiring of Mr. Hogan points to a concerted effort to provide best-in-class legal counsel — no matter the legal predicament.
“Patrick is a super smart, inquisitive attorney who brings attention to detail, creativity and great research ability to our team,” she said. “We are so honored to have him working with us.”
