(GOODYEAR, Ariz.) — The country’s first company innovatively to focus solely on building truly attainable housing, Arizona and Valley-based Greenlight Communities is proud to announce construction is wrapping up and leasing will soon begin at Cabana Bullard in Goodyear.
Located at 14780 W. Van Buren Street in Goodyear, Cabana Bullard is Greenlight’s second attainable apartment community in the City of Goodyear.
Filling the void between subsidized and luxury apartments, Cabana Bullard will provide 336-units in total, including 116 studio, 162 one-bedroom, and 58 two-bedroom apartments. Cabana Bullard is expected to be completed by late this year, bringing a second attainable housing community to the West Valley, as the area continues to explode with growth and opportunities.
Greenlight’s Cabana Encanto community opened earlier this year and leasing is underway at 2323 N.150th Drive, Goodyear, AZ 85395.
Cabana Bullard sits at one of the most ideal locations in Goodyear, near the intersections of Van Buren and Bullard. Cabana Bullard offers close proximity to Phoenix Goodyear Airport, recreation, transportation, retail, dining and entertainment options including the Market at Estrella Falls, Goodyear Centerpointe and Palm Valley Pavilions West.
With a growing demand for housing in the West Valley, Cabana Bullard will also offer convenient access to many key employers in Goodyear including Nike, Microsoft, Amazon, Chewy, and Cancer Treatment Centers of America.
“The City of Goodyear has both done a tremendous job creating a livable city by attracting some incredible companies to the area, and now we are thrilled to give Goodyear workers an attainable community that theycan love and afford,” said Patricia Watts, co-founder and partner at Greenlight Communities. “At Greenlight Communities we are determined to be a part of the solution to the lack of attainable housing in communities across Arizona. Arizona residents need and deserve quality housing that is a reasonable distance from where they work, at a reasonable cost. Greenlight’s one-of-a-kind building model accomplishes that and it’s something we feel very proud of.”
