South Florida real estate investor buys Scottsdale office building

Cardone Capital has put down roots in the Valley and plans to make its presence felt in the future.

The Aventura, Florida-based real estate investment group, led by founder Grant Cardone, purchased the Promenade Corporate Center office building in north Scottsdale. The 256,308-square-foot office building will be home to Cardone Capital’s second headquarters.
