The Morrison family says it continues to implement its master-planned community, Morrison Ranch, in Gilbert. Ashton Woods already opened two model complexes and Taylor Morrison plans a grand opening July 29.
Ashton Woods and Taylor Morrison split the 208 lots in the community’s Phase I.
Howard Morrison announced the next neighborhood will be called Elliot Groves and sits at the southeastern corner of Elliot and Recker roads. Both homebuilders have been selling homes in Morrison Ranch’s most recent neighborhood, Lakeview Trails.
