- Forward Planners, Market Analysts, Site Planners, and Brokers are spending more time studying the feasibility and planning communities in Buckeye, San Tan Valley, Florence, Maricopa, Casa Grande, and Coolidge.
- Permit issuances are up significantly in these market areas.
