ELOY — The City Council took the next step in filling a vacant seat on Tuesday as councilmembers and city staff conducted interviews with three potential candidates for the position in a closed-door session.
At the April 28 council meeting, Councilmember Georges Reuter announced his intention to resign from his position effective June 30, leaving the council with roughly two months to find his eventual replacement.
On Tuesday, Eloy residents Frank Frassetto Jr., Augustine Sauceda and Andrew Sutton interviewed for the open position.
