The Western WIFFLE Ball Championship, no longer Classic, is ready for its 4th annual event Saturday, October 21st.
While its location may have changed, the same family-friendly fun is here to stay. Previously held at Scottsdale Stadium, The Western WIFFLE Ball Championship will be hosted by Goodyear Ballpark, Spring Training home of the Cincinnati Reds and Cleveland Guardians.
Just as in previous years, teams can register between 3 and 5 players of any age in either the Competitive or Recreational Division.
Rules will differ slightly based on division with strike zone dimensions, pitching distance, and eligible equipment – specifically size of bats and modifications to the balls. Check out the full set of rules on our website by clicking HERE.
Both players and spectators will have the opportunity to once again compete in the Home Run Derby taking place throughout the day. Registration costs $5 and can be purchased online in advance or at the event itself. The Home Run Derby will be held on the main baseball diamond at Goodyear Ballpark.
Haven’t visited the ballpark before? No worries!
