Lennar is Phoenix’s No. 1 homebuilder

Miami-based Lennar Corp. (NYSE: LEN) bumped Arlington, Texas-based D.R. Horton Inc. (NYSE: DHI) from its top position on Phoenix Business Journal’s 2023 list of the Top 25 Homebuilders list in metro Phoenix.

The homebuilders are ranked by 2022 housing starts, with 2,464 starts for Lennar Homes and 1,984 starts for D.R. Horton.
