NAIOP member projects to know heading into 2024

From a more than 2.5-million-square-foot industrial project on 183 acres to a 44-room boutique hotel that will pay homage to the traditions of the Hopi Tribe, commercial real estate is showing few signs of slowing down — despite challenges with financing and supply chains. NAIOP Arizona members have been busier than ever, delivering an abundance of innovative, high-tech, high-style product to the market — with many more on the horizon.
