Sale of Silverleaf Upper Canyon estate breaks record

A 14,314-square-foot estate within the Upper Canyon of Silverleaf sold for $13.85 million, representing the highest sale within Scottsdale’s coveted luxury community since June 2022.

Built on 2.1 acres at 21297 N. 110th Way in 2007, the Mediterranean estate underwent a $5 million facelift in 2021, led by Phoenix-based Jaimee Rose Interiors.
