A development request for two four-lot subdivisions on Quail Run Road was reviewed by Paradise Valley Town Council following a recommendation of denial from the Planning Commission.
The developer, Gordon Berry with TUNA Group, is requesting two five-acre parcels with four lots each, one tract, a new public road and improvement of North Quail Run Road.
Before Town Council’s study session Dec. 14, an alternative design was submitted with access coming north from Lincoln Drive instead of McDonald Drive and a shorter length of the dead-end street.
