Home2 Suites by Hilton, part of Hilton’s All Suites portfolio, announced today its newest property, Home2 Suites by Hilton Phoenix DowntownDesigned with unique customization, local art, full-service bar, meeting space, tech-savvy enhancements, and plenty of space to call their own, travelers and their pets can enjoy comfortable, stylish suites with the flexibility of separate bedroom and living spaces.

“This new property is a unique twist on a comfortable brand that incorporates a 95-year-old historic building with a brand new 6-story tower in downtown,” said Anish Patel, owner and developer. “Built in 1929, the Fuller Paint Company Building was added to the Phoenix Historic Property Register. The building now hosts the hotel’s reception, lobby, Fuller’s Bar, and meeting space. The original brick and windows were able to be preserved and restored while the tower offers 148 guest rooms with all-new finishes, inside and out. This allowed us to get creative with this project with finishes and local art that makes it a special addition to the city of Phoenix. The hotel offers flexibility, customization and the essentials to help our business and leisure guests feel at home regardless of their length of stay. We are excited to welcome guests to our all-suite accommodations and amenities that focus on sustainability, community and comfort.”
