Two new hillside homes proposed in PV

Two new single-family homes on Las Brisas and Joshua Tree lanes are proposed to the Paradise Valley Hillside Building Committee.

The committee completed concept review of the plans March 13, which must go through a formal review next.

Las Brisas Lane home

The proposal for 7404 N. Las Brisas Lane is to construct a new 16,382-square-foot, two-story single-family residence with an eight-car garage and two pools. It’s in compliance with town code, zoning ordinance and ridge line requirements, and no variance is requested.
