QC housing market a good bet for buyers

Sellers are strengthening their position in the Valley housing market, but Queen Creek is an exception

New data published by the Cromford Report, a leading analyst of the residential market in Maricopa and Pinal counties, also suggested that new homebuyers will find pickings are slim in communities closest to Phoenix and that they will have look far afield if they’re looking for a wide range of choices.

“We are starting to see few signs of improvement in the market for sellers, at least in certain submarkets,” it said, pointing to data showing sellers have increased their advantage over the last month in 10 of the 17 Valley cities and towns it tracks.
