Silver Sky Development, a Scottsdale-based luxury home developer, broke ground on the new Silver Sky community in the Town of Paradise Valley, June 12.
The 17-acre subdivision, named in honor of sunsets viewed from Mummy Mountain, will have 12 estate homes, four of which are now under contract – Aster, Antares, Solaris and Hoke.
The development team is getting ready to build on lot six, Nova, which recently debuted on the market for about $18.5 million. The building permit is approved and they are just waiting for the infrastructure to be officially signed off on, according to Kirk Linehan, founding partner of RETSY| Forbes Global Properties, which is doing the real estate broker services.
