Developers are proposing an approximately 463-unit residential community, sporting a unique blend of single-family detached, single-family attached townhome units with alleys, and multi-family units, all designed to cater to the diverse housing needs of Goodyear’s residents.
Willow at El Cidro Ranch, a proposed mixed residential housing community, is strategically located on an approximately 42.4-acre parcel of unimproved agricultural land at the southeast corner of the future SR303 Freeway and Lower Buckeye Road in Goodyear.
Willow at El Cidro Ranch will include approximately 463 units, comprising a mix of single-family detached units, two-story single-family attached townhome units (alley-loaded), and three-story multi-family, or “stacked flats.”
The common areas will include a minimum of 2.1 acres of space with a community pool, cabana facility, and clubhouse.
Each multi-family unit is slated to have a private outdoor open space area of at least 60 square feet. This outdoor open space will be provided in the form of private patios for ground-level units and private balconies for second —and third-level units.
