MF complexes proposed in Casa Grande

CASA GRANDE — The Casa Grande Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday will consider major site plans for a combined 407-unit apartment complex near Peart Road and O’Neil Drive, in the G-Diamond Ranch area.

Applicant Kevin Sturgeon from Roers Companies, based in Plymouth, Minnesota, is presenting to the commission a plan for 23.2 acres.

One complex is to feature a 191-unit, 55-plus apartment complex and associated amenities on 8.2 acres and the other is for a 216-unit multifamily complex and associated amenities on 15 acres.
