MF complexes approved in Casa Grande

CASA GRANDE — The city Planning and Zoning Commission unanimously approved major site plans for a combined 392-unit apartment complex near Peart Road and O’Neil Drive, in the G Diamond Ranch area.

Applicant Kevin Sturgeon from Roers Companies, based in Plymouth, Minnesota, was successful in gaining approval for a request to build two separate apartment complexes on a 23.2-acre footprint.

Nick Asta, speaking on behalf of Roers Companies, told the commission that the over-55 apartment complex would have an amended number of total units, dropping from 191 to 176.
