Old CG Mall to be revitalized

By Jodie Newell | Pinal Central

CASA GRANDE — Residents may have noticed major changes to the old Casa Grande Mall site at Florence Boulevard and Pueblo Drive. Initial demolition work to the front part of the property has begun, to be followed by extensive renovations and a reconfiguration.

Property owner and developer Chris Hinkson told PinalCentral he’s excited about the new project and about the impressive portfolio of stores that will be operating at the new mall, which is expected to be fully completed in mid-2025.
