Early results report Stanton likely to secure reelection

Standing Congressional District 4 Rep. Greg Stanton continues to hold the lead in the race to represent Arizona’s Congressional District 4, according to the latest county numbers.

Unofficial results were posted by the Maricopa County Elections Department on Nov. 5 at 10:50 p.m. At the time of publication, voter turnout has been reported at 43.01%  with 186,882 ballots cast.

Congressional District 4 incorporates part of south Phoenix, all of Tempe, half of Chandler and Mesa. CD-4 has three candidates on the ballot: Greg Stanton for the Democratic Party, Kelly Cooper for the Republican Party and Vincent Beck-Jones for the Green Party.
