Howard Hughes Holdings Inc. today announced the addition of Meritage Homes to the roster of homebuilders at Teravalis™, the company’s new community located in the Phoenix West Valley. Meritage joins Brightland Homes, Century Communities, Courtland Communities, KB Home, Lennar and New Home Co. as homebuilders for Floreo, the first village of Teravalis. Floreo is under development, slated for a grand opening in 2025, and is expected to deliver the first 8,000+ homes in Teravalis over the next decade.
