A warehouse planned to built on an infill property near the Phoenix Deer Valley Airport is planned to support the Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. roughly 8 miles away.

The 1.9-acre property at the southwest corner of 15th Avenue and Pinnacle Peak Road will house a 30,140-square-foot warehouse with 1,500 square feet set aside for office use. Developers are building the project, named Kiwi Development, on speculation and are looking for a tenant.

Developers received preliminary site plan approval Monday for the project from the city of Phoenix.

The warehouse building will have 28-foot-high ceilings and will be equipped with a truck dock with two doors as well as two grade level loading doors, according to the Cotton Architecture + Design website.
