The Bower is hosting the grand opening of two new single-family communities in downtown Chandler on Saturday, Jan. 18.
The Bower San Marcos and The Bower Arbor Square feature 31 single-family homes for sale within walking distance from vibrant downtown Chandler.
With prices starting in the high $500,000s range, San Marcos and Arbor Square offer potential residents three two-story floor plans ranging from 1,881 to 2,408 square feet, three to four bedrooms, and 2.5 or three bathrooms.
The Bower’s grand-opening event Saturday will be at the Bower San Marcos from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., overlapping with part of the city of Chandler’s nearby Multicultural Festival.
The Bower San Marcos is on the northwest corner of Galveston and Hartford streets.
