Steve Nash, the former Phoenix Sun and NBA superstar, may be on the hook for more financial support for his three children.
The Arizona Court of Appeals on Tuesday vacated a lower court judge’s decision that Nash did not have to pay child support beyond educational and medical expenses.
Nash and Alejandra Amarilla Nash were married in 2005, but the current Los Angeles Laker sought a divorce in 2010.
Nash had provided his ex-wife about $5 million in a divorce settlement, but she had sought an additional $22,500 in monthly child support payments, according to court records and interviews with attorneys.
