Mesa P&Z votes on new industrial development

The Mesa Planning and Zoning Board voted unanimously March 12 to approve a site plan review for an industrial development.

The proposed 98,296-square-foot development known as Longbow 202 Shell will be about 840 feet west of the northwest corner of North Recker Road and East McDowell Road.

The request was made by applicant Karen Ohmann of Deutsch Architecture Group on behalf of site owner J & R Repair Service of Arizona LLC. The project site is currently vacant so the applicant is requesting approval of an initial site plan and special-use permit for the industrial development.
