Landsea Homes closes on Maricopa homesites

Landsea Homes Corporation, a publicly traded residential homebuilder, announced today that it has closed on 78 homesites in the Moonlight master-planned community in Maricopa, Arizona.

“Our expansion into Maricopa with the closing of these new homesites at Moonlight allows us to introduce a brand new audience of homebuyers to our thoughtful designs and innovative homebuilding approach,” said Heather Cammiso, Arizona Division President, Landsea Homes. “We’ve seen tremendous demand for high-quality, energy-efficient homes in this area, and we’re proud to be a part of Maricopa’s continued growth.”
