David Weekley Homes is open for sales in the Queen Creek communities of Suelo at Legado West and Tierra at Legado West. The builder’s two model homes, The Stargazer and The Highpoint, are open daily for tours.
The two sections in Legado West offer buyers nine floor plans in this master-planned community, ranging in size from 3,250- to 4,500-square-feet of living space. Starting from $1 million, these one-story homes feature four to five bedrooms, three to five full baths, one half bath and two- to four-car garages. Both series of homes include RV garage options.
The Suelo at Legado West model home, The Stargazer, features 3,714 square feet with four bedrooms, four full baths, one half bath and a four-car garage.
