Dominium, a national affordable housing developer based in Minnesota, has acquired land for a new housing community in Surprise.

The site, located at the southwest corner of Happy Valley Road and 147th Avenue, will be home to Allasso Ranch — a community aimed to serve low-income families in the greater Phoenix metro area.
