The City of Goodyear announced it has been recognized with two national awards for its efforts to develop and promote its new downtown district.
The International Economic Development Council awarded Goodyear a Silver Award for its GSQ marketing campaign and a Bronze Award for GSQ itself, the city’s emerging downtown core.
The IEDC Excellence in Economic Development Awards highlight organizations and initiatives that make a lasting impact on communities, regions and nations. With more than 4,500 members, IEDC is the world’s largest membership organization for economic developers.
