Mixed-use project planned near Valley ballpark

The city of Goodyear is looking for developers to build out a high-quality, mixed-use project including retail, entertainment and dining options next to the Goodyear Ballpark.

Goodyear issued a request for proposals seeking “qualified master developers” to take on the project, which will be located on about 58 acres of city-owned land surrounding the ballpark. The RFP also includes four retail spaces attached to the ballpark.
