Richmond American Homes will open its newest neighborhood, Portfolio at Lucero, 1 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 26. The community is located within the master-planned development of Estrella.
Portfolio at Lucero will include 92 homesites and offer five floor plans. The residences offer 3 to 5 bedrooms, 2 to 3 bathrooms, and 2- to 3-car garages.
