Scottsdale’s Northsight Village reaches near full capacity with yoga studio opening

By Rose Law Group Reporter

Scottsdale has a new space at Northsight Village dedicated to wellness, connection, and community with the opening of Gaya’s Tree Yoga Studio, located at 15090 N Northsight Blvd, Suite 103. The studio offers a variety of yoga classes, personalized and group yoga therapy sessions, and unique community programs aimed at fostering growth and healing.

“As a Scottsdale native, it is deeply meaningful to give back to the community by creating a space for people to experience the transformational practice of yoga while connecting with others,” said Randy Driscoll, owner of Gaya’s Tree Yoga. “Gaya’s Tree Yoga was born from the simple truth that Scottsdale needs a space where people can feel seen, supported, and connected. My intention is to honor and share the ancient teachings of yoga in a modern, welcoming environment.”

The new studio is designed to be more than just a place to practice yoga. It’s a safe and welcoming environment where students of all levels can find balance, peace, and connection. With its range of offerings, from dynamic yoga classes to specialized yoga therapy, Gaya’s Tree Yoga seeks to meet the needs of both beginners and seasoned practitioners alike.

“Arizona Partners is thrilled to welcome Gaya’s Tree Yoga to our Northsight Village center,” said a spokesperson for Arizona Partners, the property management company. “Their beautiful new studio brings fresh energy, wellness, mindfulness, and community connection to the neighborhood. With diverse class offerings for all levels, Gaya’s Tree Yoga provides a space where individuals can find balance, reduce stress, and live healthier lives.

We believe their presence will have a meaningful impact on the community, promoting physical and mental well-being while attracting a dynamic and engaged clientele to the center. We look forward to seeing the positive ripple effect this creates for our tenants, visitors, and surrounding businesses.

Last Opportunity Available at Northsight Village: 1,231 SF

Currently, only one 1,231 sq. ft. space remains available in the center—an exciting opportunity for a complementary business in wellness, retail, boutique fitness, creative services, or professional office use.”

The new studio space spans 3,791 sq. ft. and underwent an extensive buildout. It features two large studios with natural hardwood flooring, a private studio for yoga therapy sessions, restrooms, and a spacious lounge area.

In addition to classes and yoga therapy sessions, Gaya’s Tree Yoga emphasizes giving back. Through its community initiatives, the studio aims to bring people together in support of health, wellness, and social connection.

The studio is now open with hours Monday through Friday from 8AM to 8PM and Saturday and Sunday from 9 AM to 7 PM. A class schedule is available online and in the Mindbody app, and community members are encouraged to visit the website to learn more and book a session.
