A 300-unit, three-story multifamily residential affordable-housing rental community — with rents $1,262 for a one-bedroom unit to $1,950 for a four-bedroom unit — is planned in Apache Junction.

A conditional use permit request by Roers Cos., represented by Greg Davis of Iplan Consulting, will be discussed at the 7 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 28, meeting of the Apache Junction Planning and Zoning Commission in the council chambers, 300 E. Superstition Blvd.

The commission is to vote on a recommendation to the city council, which will make the final decision.
