Century Communities, a top national homebuilder, industry leader in online home sales, and featured among America’s Most Trustworthy Companies and World’s Most Trustworthy Companies by Newsweek, has acquired 34 finished lots from Rancho Sahuarita for $2,720,000 on October 9, 2025, equating to approximately $80,000 per lot.
The acquisition paves the way for The Vista at Entrada Del Toro, the second collection of Rancho Sahuarita floor plans from the builder’s Century Complete brand, slated to open this November with homes starting from the $300s. Furnished model homes will also be available for tour.
