  2. Mesa voting implementation schedule to increase non-residential water fees by 20-25% City of Mesa – File #: 26-0111
  3. Mesa- Adding technical expertise requirements in the development industry for a portion of the planning and zoning commission. Design review board will now make recommendations to Planning Director for final decision on design review that asks for modification of design requirements. 26-0056 – Staff Report
  4. Scottsdale- has executive session with the City Attorney this week regarding options for Design Review Board becoming administrative under new state law- should have more answers on the process soon.
