The term humble beginnings is an accurate description of the newly unveiled town offices. However, the occasion sparked plenty of optimism and hope for the future, as the Town Council and staff continue the work of shaping the future of the newly incorporated town.
The 1,300-square-foot office space sits inside of San Tan Valley’s Pinal County complex, including one office and seven cubicles, with space for the town’s three current employees: Town Manager Brent Billingsley, Town Clerk Dana DeLong and newly appointed Town Finance Director Gabe Garcia.
According to Billingsley, the town is leasing the space through the county, as the complex is already being used to host the council’s meetings on the first and third Wednesday of every month.
