Campbell Avenue in Tucson sold for $2.475 million on March 3, 2026, for a planned apartment development estimated at about 120 units, though the unit count remains preliminary pending formal plan approvals. The property is located at the northwest corner of Allen Rd and Campbell Ave.
A big influence on that corner is the Banner/UMC North medical campus at Campbell and Allen at the northeast corner, which has long anchored the area with outpatient and specialty medical uses. The former Tucson General Hospital site at Campbell and Allen is now UMC North Medical Park, with the University of Arizona’s Banner North Campus/clinic operations.
The property, zoned O-3, includes roughly 133,294 square feet of land and traded at approximately $18.57 per square foot.
