Century Complete has expanded its position in Rancho Sahuarita with the purchase of 34 finished single-family lots in the Entrada Del Toro subdivision for $2.856 million, continuing builder demand for shovel-ready inventory in one of Southern Arizona’s most active master-planned communities.
The buyer, WJH Sales of AZ LLC, a Century Complete-related entity, purchased the lots from RSMC VIII LLC, an entity affiliated with Rancho Sahuarita. The March 26 transaction totaled $2.856 million, or $84,000 per lot, for 34 finished single-family lots on 3.82 acres at 892 W Calle Ronda in Sahuarita. The sale also equates to about $746,743 per acre.
