Paradise Valley Town Council will likely have final approval on proposed renovations to Phoenix Country Day School at a public meeting in May.
Renovations to the campus include improvements to the existing baseball field, a new wellness center and two new digital information signs.
Specifically, council will consider an intermediate special use permit amendment that will allow for the campus updates to move forward.
The PCDS project is scheduled for a council study session on May 14. A public hearing and vote is tentatively scheduled May 28. Construction could come as early as summer.
Up to this point over the last few months, the council and planning commission have vetted the impacts of the renovations, and held public hearings for residents to give input.
