Logistics campus breaks ground in Tempe

By InBusiness PHX

Lincoln Property Company, a global, full-service real estate firm with over $31 billion of assets under management, announced it has broken ground on Sky Harbor Logistics, an office-to-industrial redevelopment that will bring a two-building, Class A logistics campus to a Tempe, Arizona, infill site, minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport.

Lincoln has been active on the Sky Harbor Logistics site since 2024, managing the demolition of an almost 220,000-square-foot office building and parking garage to make the parcel shovel ready.

“Sky Harbor Logistics was built in 1977 as industrial development, converted to office use in 2018, and is now returning to its industrial roots, ready to meet the demands of an entirely different economy,” said Lincoln Executive Vice President John Orsak. “Phoenix has changed drastically in the last half century, but great real estate evolves with it. We’re excited to develop at a site that has tracked the arc of our economy and is ready to support what’s next.”

Once completed, the project will span 16.25 acres and 254,000 square feet at 1515 W. 14th St. It will include two nearly identical Class A logistics buildings totaling 255,766 square feet – 128,105 square feet at Building A and 127,661 square feet at Building B.
