Two housing developments will bring 385 single-family homes to southeast Mesa after getting the nod from council.
Haven at Hawes with 230 homes is proposed at Hawes Road and Mesquite Street and the 155-home Haven at Destination near Meridian Road and Arizona Route 24 is part of the master-planned Hawes Crossing community.
The parcel for Haven at Hawes will be annexed into the city and is expected to come into Hawes Crossing’s zoning district.
Council, without comment, approved the projects May 4 after discussing it at the April 30 study session.
