Lake Havasu City planners will consider revisions next week to the site layout for a proposed 102-unit apartment project at The Shops at Lake Havasu, months after the development received final rezoning approval from the City Council.
The Planning and Zoning Commission is scheduled to review a request May 20 to amend the general development plan for the “Come Together Project” at 5699 State Route 95. The amendment would reconfigure residential building locations and parking on the property, which sits in a rear parking area between Star Cinemas and Walmart.
Project documents state the overall scope of the development remains unchanged, including the total number of apartment units, but developers are proposing several design refinements intended to improve accessibility and site function.
