Tom and Carmen Long purchased Treat Apartments, a 16-unit apartment complex, at 2120 N. Treat Ave. from Ryszard Kupinski for $760,000. The seller was represented by Allan Mendelsberg,Cushman & Wakefield/Picor, The buyer was represented by Roger Breckenridge and Tony Reed, Long Realty Co.

Tucson1Madera Associates Group LLC purchased the 35,200 square feet Madera Business Park at 2750-2760 S. Fourth Ave. from Maple Madera LLC for $650,000. Brandon Rodgers, Cushman & Wakefield/Picor handled the transaction.

Mac-Gray Services Inc. renewed its lease on 6,265 square feet at 1331 E. 21st St. The landlord was represented by Russell W. Hall and Stephen D. Cohen, Cushman & Wakefield/Picor. The tenant was represented by Robert Delaney, CBRE.

Southern Arizona Community Diaper Bank leased 1,600 square feet at 4500 E. Speedway, Suite 75, from Presson Midway LLC. The landlord was represented by Rob Glaser and Paul Hooker, Cushman & Wakefield/Picor.
