Scottsdale polo event brings Sport of Kings to masses

The Scottsdale Ferrari-Maserati Polo Championships aims to bring the Sport of Kings to the masses while providing a social backdrop for equestrian enthusiasts to learn more about the storied competition.

“People don’t realize that polo is everywhere,” said Sunny Hale, who many consider the best female player in the United States. “That’s the fun part of polo — it is all over the world.”

Ms. Hale, the first woman in the country to be on the winning U.S. Open Polo Championship team, says she is bringing an elite brand of polo and unparalleled skills to the Scottsdale Ferrari-Maserati Polo Championships.

The third annual Scottsdale Ferrari-Maserati Polo Championships is Nov. 1-2 at the WestWorld of Scottsdale‘s Polo Field, located at the Loop 101 and Frank Lloyd Wright Boulevard.
