Late summer slowdown for builders in South Chandler

Belfiore Real Estate Consulting surveyed South Chandler Communities last Friday, completing its latest subdivision-level updates. South Chandler sales have slowed significantly since Belfiore’s July surveys. Other than Cachet’s Paseo Lindo and Pulte’s Cactus at the Waters at Ocotillo, which averaged 4.5 sales per month, every other community that was surveyed averaged about 1 per month.
