Maricopa home sales for August, September

The following is the local home sales breakdown for the months of August and September.

August:

In August, 151 homes in Maricopa and surrounding rural areas sold for a total sales volume of $22.4 million. The list volume was $22.8 million, a difference of $349,119.

The highest-priced house sold for $308,000 on North Madison Drive. The five-bedroom home was on the market for 78 days.

The lowest-priced house sold for $49,200 on North Vitrina Drive. The two-bedroom home was on the market for 96 days.
