Scottsdale apartments sell for $57.75 mil; other major deals

Sunstone Realty Advisors of Vancouver sold the Paragon at Kierland, 15608 N. 71st St. in Scottsdale, to Sentinel Real Estate Corp. of New York for $57.75 million.

Jerry Tenge and Tristan Charlesworth of Colliers International in Phoenix represented the seller, who paid $34.2 million for the property in November 2009. The buyer was self-represented in the purchase of this 276-unit luxury apartment community located on the Westin Kierland Golf Course.
