Biltmore Commerce Center preps for big renovations

Roughly two months after changing hands for $42.77 million, the new owners of the Biltmore Commerce Center in Phoenix are gearing up for a major face-lift of the property. New landscaping and exterior lighting is already being installed to boost curb appeal, but the new owner, Denver-based DPC Development Co., has not yet solidified a construction timeline or cost for the interior renovations, according to Cushman & Wakefield of Arizona Inc. That company handled leasing for the building and issued a statement this week regarding the makeover.
