Camelot Homes has started pre-selling its newest communities, Gold Mountain Preserve and Bacara. According to public record, Gold Mountain Preserve, located off of Pyramid Peak Pkwy and Jomax, has a total of 29 lots controlled by Camelot. Five are located in Phase I and are 130’ x 285’  and 24 lots are in Phase II and are 132’ x 170’. Some of these lots have been purchased from individual lot owners, and some were purchased in bulk  (View affidavits here, here, here, and here).  The base price ranges from $531,900 – $585,900 and the home square footage ranges from 3,106 – 3,853. Bacara is located near Scottsdale Rd and Happy Valley Rd.  According to public record, Camelot closed on these 50 pre-plat lots for $5,000,000 on December 28, 2012. (View affidavit here). The typical lot size is 80’ x 140’.  The base price for this subdivision ranges from $689,900 – $729,900 and the home square footage ranges from 3,106 – 3,743.  Both of these subdivisions include the 55-19 plan, which was a very popular floor plan at Camelot’s communities in the Ledges at Sonoran Mountain Ranch, Camelot Reserve, and Windrose Estates.
